How To Enter

ON LINE
Enter on line and pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Secure on line entry system provided by E-Way.
On line entries close 5pm Wednesday prior to the event.

Competitors who are under 18 years of age must provide a signed Parental Consent Form to the organisers before the start of the event for the entry to be accepted. Without a signed Parental Consent Form, participants under 18 years of age will not be permitted to take part in the event.

'ON THE DAY' ENTRIES
Providing the event is not full, entries will be accepted on the day.
On the day entries incur an additional $20 fee per person and are strictly CASH ONLY PLEASE

IMPORTANT! 'On The Day' Entries will close at 10pm OR when all available entries have been allocated. No entries can be accepted after this time.

Competitors who enter on the day and are under 18 years of age must provide the organisers with a signed Parental Consent Form. Without a signed Parental Consent Form, participants under 18 years of age will not be permitted to take part in the event.

CATERING
Catering packages can be booked on ine until 5pm Wednesday prior to the event. Check back closer to the event for bookings

TERMS & CONDITIONS All entrants are required to read and agree with the Terms & Conditions  before entry is accepted.   By entering on line you agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions of the Event.  Terms & Conditions may be viewed on the on line entry page.

Competitors under 18 years of age
For competitors under 18 years of age a parent / guardian must read and sign a copy of the Parental Consent Form agreeing to the terms and conditions of the event.  A hard copy of this signed document must be provided to the event directors prior to the start of the event. Bring the signed Parental Consent Form to Registration on the day of the event.

ENTRY CONDITIONS

• All competitors must complete the on line entry form, pay the entry fee and agree to the terms and conditions before their entry is accepted. Entry fees & registrations are non-transferable from one competitor to another. It is forbidden to participate in an event under another competitor’s registration, without notifying the organisers.
• Entry Fees & registrations are only transferable to another event at the discretion of the Event Managers. Requests must be made in writing. Please refer to the Transfer Policy.

Where an event has sold out entries may close without notice. A notification will appear on this website page.

MINIMUM AGEE
Competitors must be 15 years of age or over on the day of the event to take part.

Competitors under 18 years of age

Insurance

In 2 Adventure has public liability insurance. This DOES NOT cover you as a participant.  If you fall off your bike or hurt yourself, there is no accident cover for you. In 2 Adventure recommends that all participants have their own personal accident insurance.

Prior to entering the event each participant will be required to read, understand & agree to the Release & Waiver.

Timing Transponder & Race Number & Number Plate Refundable Deposit

Each participant will be required to pay a $20 per person refundable deposit for a timing transponder, bike number and number plate. The $20 will be refunded when the transponder, bike number and bike plate is returned at the finish of the event. The $20 is CASH ONLY and is payable at registration.
