ARE YOU THE 2012 NSW DIRT MASTER OR DIRT MISTRESS CHAMPION?

A key feature of the weekend is the NSW Dirt Master & Dirt Mistress championships. One male and one female competitor will take home the title as NSW DIRT MASTER or DIRT MISTRESS CHAMPION.  Dirt Master competitors will push themselves to the limits in three gruelling long course events over two days in the aim to record the fastest cumulative time to take out this prestigious title.

Enter all three long course events to be in the running for the 'Dirt Master' & 'Dirt Mistress' Championship Award.

  • Saturday AM: Tre-X Off Road Triathlon (700-20-8)
  • Saturday PM: 8km Trail Run
  • Sunday AM: 50km XC MTB

HOW TO GET THERE

Approaching from Sydney

  • Head North on the A2 Old Windsor Road
  • At the Vineyard Hotel Turn Right at the lights onto Boundary Road
  • After 2.8km continue along Boundary Road straight across the roundabout
  • After a further 5.1km turn left at the BP Garage into Neich Road
    After 800m turn right into Scheyville Rd, signed ‘Riverside Oaks’ (small blue sign)
  • After 400m turn left into Pitt Town Dural Rd
  • Immediately after the turn Keep Right on Pebbly Hill Road
  • After 2.9km Turn left onto Mitchell Park Road
  • After 700m turn right onto Wiseman’s Ferry Road
  • Continue along Wiseman’s Ferry Road for 4.9km. Turn Left into O’Briens Road at the Big Blue Riverside Oaks Sign
  • After 800m Turn Left in through the gatehouse at Riverside Oaks.
  • Continue along the Road and follow the In 2 Adventure signs to Event Parking
  • Park at the Old House and then walk your bikes and equipment to the Transition Area approx 400m from the Parking Area

The Site
Camping will based on the open grassland on the banks of the spectacular Hawkesbury River.

Facilities

Facilities on site include :

  • Portable Toilets
  • Showers: The resort has very kindly offered the use of their club house shower facilities for campers.
  • All sites are NON-powered.
  • Saturday Evening Buffet Dinner
  • Breakfast for Sale

Bookings & Payment

Camp sites must be booked on line by Midday Thursday prior to the event.

  • CAMPING SITES: $10 per night which allows for 1 caravan/tent and 1 car.
  • ADULTS: $6 per person / per night (for up to 4 adults on one site)
  • CHILDREN: $3 per person / per night

Camping Times

The event site will be open from 3pm on Friday afternoon.  On arrival please check in at HQ to collect your facilities pass for the club house.  If you arrive later on Friday night the security guard will be on the gate to let you in. Set up your campsite where indicated and see the team at HQ in the morning. All campers please vacate the event site by 3pm on Sunday afternoon

Conditions Of Entry

The In 2 Adventure Dirt Fest is a Family Focussed Weekend for those who love the peace & tranquility of the outdoors. In the spirit of the event all campers and participants are asked to comply with the following conditions:

  • Due to the high fire danger, open fires are not permitted on site.
  • We love dogs, but no pets are allowed on site, so please keep them at home.
  • To demonstrate respect for those who may be competing early the next morning, there is to be no loud noise, including generators, music, shouting or loud discussions after 10pm. Those who choose not to demonstrate this respect will be asked to leave the event site.
  • Any form of drunkeness, disrespectful or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and any person being seen to cause a disturbance will be asked to leave the event site immediately.
  • All behaviour should be respectful of the family nature of the event.
  • Campers are asked to keep their camp area tidy and to take rubbish home with them.

SATURDAY NIGHT CELEBRATION DINNER: From 7pm

Join us on Saturday evening from 7pm for a 'Carb Loading' Celebration dinner in the Brasserie at the Club House. The Resort will be hosting a Pasta Buffet Dinner for just $20 for adults and $10 for children under 12yrs.

The night will include:

  • Dirt Master & Dirt Mistress Updates
  • Tre-X Race Times
  • Pasta Buffet
  • Entertainment
  • Music... and maybe some dancing!
  • Coach Jeff from the MultiSport Podcast
  • And Much More

The resort is providing catering for the weekend and meals can be purchased either on line (where indicated) or from the resort on the weekend.

  • Breakfast Burgers on the 10th Tee near the club house - SATURDAY ONLY from 6am
  • Continental Breakfast in the Brasserie - $12.50 - From 6am
  • Full Breakfast in the Brasserie - $20.00 - From 7am

Lunch Saturday & Sunday

  • Brasserie Lunch - 11am to 3pm
  • Sausage Sizzle at the event expo. A sausage sizzle is included for Tre-X and XC MTB entrants.

    Continental Breakfast is available both mornings from 6am.

FAMILY DISCOUNTS

Every effort has been made to keep entry costs to an absolute minimum, however we are keen to encourage families to be involved in Dirt Fest and we do understand that entries for a large family can add up, so if you are a family unit, and members of your family are looking at taking part in a number of Dirt Fest Events, then email us at info@in2adventure.com.au PRIOR TO ENTERING with the following details:

  • Your name, telephone number & email address
  • The names of those in your family who will be taking part in Dirt Fest and the events they will be entering.

We will consider each request on an individual basis.

Important Information about Family Discounts

  • Entries must be for members of one family unit. Groups of friends are not eligible.
  • An email does not guarantee a discount. A family discount will be offered only at the discretion of the Event Managers.
  • Discounts will only be considered prior to entries being received. No refunds will be given as a result of a Family Discount.
  • Entries must be made on the same order.
  • If a discount is offered and the entry does not match the details in the email request In 2 Adventure reserve the right., without prior notice to debit the difference in entry fees from the credit card listed on the entry.
