HOW TO ENTER

On line

  • Enter on line and pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Secure on line entry system provided by E-Way.
  • On line entries close 5pm Thursday prior to each event.

  • Providing the event is not full, entries will be accepted on the day
  • On the day entries incur an additional $20 fee to cover administration costs and are strictly CASH ONLY PLEASE!

HOW TO ENTER THE DIRT MASTER & DIRT MISTRESS CHAMPIONSHIP

Enter ALL THREE LONG COURSE EVENTS to be in the running to take out the title as your states DIRT MASTER or DIRT MISTRESS.

  • Saturday AM: Tre-X Off Road Triathlon (long course)
  • Saturday PM: Trail Run (10km or 8km depending on state)
  • Sunday AM: For the Riders 50km XC MTB

A key feature of the weekend is the Dirt Master & Dirt Mistress championships where one male and one female participant will take home the title as theire states DIRT MASTER or DIRT MISTRESS.  Dirt Master competitors will push themselves to the limits in three gruelling long course events over two days in the aim to record the fastest cumulative time to take out this prestigious title.

Discounted Entry
Dirt Master and Dirt Mistress competitors recieve a further 5% discount on their entry for all three events. See the 'How to Enter' details below to ensure you receive your discount.

How to Enter Dirt Master & Dirt Mistress

  1. Go to the ENTER PAGE and click on the link
  2. Select I2A Dirt Fest form the Category list on the left of the page
  3. Select your state ie NSW, Vic or Qld
  4. Enter the Long Course Salomon Tre-X Off Road Triathalon, the 50km XC MTB and the 10km/8km Trail Run on ONE entry.
  5. Enter the relevant code in the 'COUPON CODE' box and the discount will be applied.
  6. Check out as normal

Important Notes!

  • The disount code will only work if all 3 events are on one entry. If you enter separately the code will not work.
  • If you have entered the Salomon Tre-X event as part of a series entry, please contact the team at info@in2adventure.com.au and we will organise a code so your discount can be applied to your other entries

TERMS & CONDITIONS

All entrants are required to read and agree with the Terms & Conditions  before entry is accepted.   By entering on line you agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions of the Event.  Terms & Conditions may be viewed on the on line entry page.

Competitors under 18 years of age
For competitors under 18 years of age a parent / guardian must read and sign a copy of the Parental Consent Form agreeing to the terms and conditions of the event.  A hard copy of this signed document must be provided to the event directors prior to the event. To download a copy of the Parental Consent Form CLICK HERE. Bring the signed Parental Consent Form to Registration on the day of the event.

ENTRY CONDITIONS

  • All competitors must complete the on line entry form, pay the entry fee and agree to the terms and conditions before their entry is accepted. Entry fees & registrations are non-transferable from one competitor to another. It is forbidden to participate in an event under another competitor’s registration, without notifying the organisers. Competitors that do not obey this rule waive all insurance coverage & put other competitors at risk.
  • Entry Fees & registrations are only transferable to another event at the discretion of the Event Managers. Requests must be made in writing. Please refer to the Transfer Policy.

Where an event has sold out entries may close without notice. A notification will appear on this website page.
