TERMS & CONDITIONS All entrants are required to read and agree with the Terms & Conditions before entry is accepted. By entering on line you agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions of the Event. Terms & Conditions may be viewed on the on line entry page.
Competitors under 18 years of age
For competitors under 18 years of age a parent / guardian must read and sign a copy of the Parental Consent Form agreeing to the terms and conditions of the event. A hard copy of this signed document must be provided to the event directors prior to the event. To download a copy of the Parental Consent Form CLICK HERE. Bring the signed Parental Consent Form to Registration on the day of the event.

ENTRY CONDITIONS
- All competitors must complete the on line entry form, pay the entry fee and agree to the terms and conditions before their entry is accepted. Entry fees & registrations are non-transferable from one competitor to another. It is forbidden to participate in an event under another competitor’s registration, without notifying the organisers. Competitors that do not obey this rule waive all insurance coverage & put other competitors at risk.
- Entry Fees & registrations are only transferable to another event at the discretion of the Event Managers. Requests must be made in writing. Please refer to the Transfer Policy.
Where an event has sold out entries may close without notice. A notification will appear on this website page.
